The Tahoe 2668 is a semi-modular 2U switch appliance based on Intel Tofino II ® high-speed switch fabric and managed by an Intel x86 control plane.

The semi-modular appliance supports eight front-facing 8×100/40G I/Os and can be upgraded with up to four off-the-shelf Intel XEON® D based offload processing modules or a Xilinx Virtex UltraScale® performance-leading FPGA processing module. Additional I/O modules can be developed based on your design requirements.

In standard configuration, Tahoe 2668 supports sixty-four ports of 100/40G ports. Additional port configurations can be developed based on customer requirement.

Software configuration includes Barefoot Protocol Independent Switch Architecture (PISA) with P4 programmability, Sonic support for Barefoot, SDK with complete hardware specific SDK tools for custom development, all ports and features functional and ready for customer development.
