Interface Masters Technologies Announces Official Partnership Program
Interface Masters to Increase Partners Network Visibility by Integration of their Innovative Solutions
RSA Conference – San Francisco, CA, February 25th, 2014 – Interface Masters Technologies, an industry leader in high speed networking and network visibility systems, today announced their official partnership program, the Visibility Alliance Program (VAP). Interface Masters Technologies complements the Application and Monitoring appliance market by offering innovative network visibility solutions. The goal of this program is to partner with companies that will be able to mutually increase the value of the partnered companies Application and Monitoring products by providing a combined turnkey solution.
Hardware tools are continually being added to data centers to keep up with the constant demand and growth. With the addition of tools, networks become highly dense and as a result begin to become not as efficient. To keep up with the growth and to ensure that each tool is efficiently being used, the intricacies that may slow down a network need to be addressed. Network Visibility is optimizing the environment around network tools so they do not affect network performance and can be fully utilized. As a result of better visibility, it becomes easier to make network decisions and lower strain on the bandwidth.
Interface Masters targets the Network Visibility market with a wide product line including: Network TAPs to send copies of traffic to out of band appliances, Bypass Switches, connected to Inline appliances, that will protect the network and redirect traffic if the inline appliance fails and PacketMasters (Network Packet Brokers) that perform aggregation, mirroring, filtering ,load balancing and Deep Packet Inspection of network traffic.
The market this program is going to focus on is the Application and Monitoring market. Using application appliances, network architect can have a better view of what is happening on the network to pinpoint where and how to maintain a healthy network. These tools will also help analyze and monitor end-user experience, and speed network and application troubleshooting. Some of the products that this market focuses on are: Wan Optimization, Network Performance Management and Application Performance Management. Monitoring appliances allows for traffic to stay secure so that companies can ensure data flowing in and out of the network is not compromised. These types of products include: Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Firewalls, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Web Filters.
